The Year in Review

We made it! Barely!

They say some years question while others answer. Well, 2022 asked a lot of questions. Like even more than my kid asks when I’m on an important phone call. Seriously. I don’t have any solid answers yet, but I’m getting closer. However, I do know that I’m beyond grateful for my friends, family and every single one of you.

I quite literally could not do any of this without you. So, thank you for your support. Thanking for liking my Instagram posts. Thank you for purchasing from me. Thank you for telling your friends about Firstborn.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Stay Tuned

Buckle up buttercups because 2023 is going to be a good one.

First off, I have a pretty big secret that I’m holding onto and its slowly killing me. I’ve been sworn to secrecy so you’ll have to wait a couple more months and I’ll do my best not to burst. Thats all I can say. GAH.

Secondly, my studio is being built! The foundation is in and construction is scheduled for 12/27. This is such a dream come true and I have to keep pinching myself. Building this studio is an investment in myself and my life as an artist. It’s a commitment to my craft and when I start to feel like life is all over the place and I wonder if I’ll ever get to make again, this thought anchors me. I will make again and I’ll have my own space to do it. Again, GAH.

I’ll be posting updates over on Instagram, but I do plan to take a social media break at some point over the holidays as well. Gotta save those last two brain cells!

That’s all from me my dears. Have a wonderful holiday season. Much love.

xx Shana
